Express domestic delivery (Denmark) - 49 DKK (1-4 business days)

Pre-Order Items
If you have ordered a pre-order item, the estimated delivery timeframe is stated in the product description - please check this before contacting us.
Delivery timeframes for pre-orders are not exact as they are estimated dispatch timeframes subject to change.
Pre-orders cannot be updated once the order is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Delivery
Your package is tracked by the courier company.
If your package is missing, please first check the tracking information and contact the courier company. If the courier company attempted delivery or held the package because they couldn't deliver it, please contact them to locate your package. It is the customer's responsibility to track the item and verify this information.
We need to be informed if a month has passed and you still haven't received your package so that we can initiate an investigation. The courier company will provide us with proof of delivery with photographs.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we cannot guarantee that the goods can be redirected to you due to the popularity of the items, and we will offer a store credit in this case, minus the cost of returning the goods to us.
